The Lancing and Sompting University of the Third Age is now one year old .... happy birthday!!!

U3A stands for the University of the Third Age, a self-help organisation for people no longer in full time employment providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities in a friendly environment. Courses are run by the members who offer to share their knowledge and skills by leading one of the groups. Qualifications are not offered but the groups offer a tremendous opportunity to learn about a whole range of subjects and interests. How much does it cost to enrol? £10.00 per year which allows you to join in as many of the groups as you wish. To learn more about the interest groups click on the link to the left
